<h3 class="wp-block-heading">干支は、十干と十二支の組み合わせ</h3>

<p>干支は「十二支（じゅうにし）」の他に「十干（じっかん）」とを組み合わせて　表現され、十二支は、ね、うし、とら・・・等、ポピュラーな感じですが、十干は、甲（きのえ）、乙（きのと）、丙（ひのえ）、丁（ひのと）、戊（つちのえ）、　己（つちのと）、庚（かのえ）、辛（かのと）、壬（みずのえ）、癸（みずのと）。<br>十二支と十干がひとつずつ進むため、６０年に一度の組み合わせとなります。</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list is-style-vk-numbered-circle-mark vk_list_2">
<li>長崎医療共済生活協同組合は、定款第１０条第２項ないし第４項の規定に基づく「住所不明組合員に対するみなし自由脱退手続に関する規約」により、毎年定期的に出資金残高通知書（以下「通知書」といいます。）を郵送することによって、組合員の所在を確認しておりますが、通知書が３期（３年）連続して宛先不明で返送され、所在が確認できない組合員につきましては、自由脱退の予約があったものとみなし、理事会において脱退処理を行い、当該事業年度の末日（３月末日）をもって自由脱退したものとみなすことになっております。</li>



<li>自由脱退の予約があったものとみなされるおそれがあると思われる組合員の方は、長崎医療共済事務局に備え置いてある組合員名簿、または事務局へご連絡頂きご確認のうえ、理事会において脱退処理をするまでに、住所変更の手続きを行ってください。</li>



<li>自由脱退者とみなされた組合員の方は、払込済みの出資金に相当する額の払戻を請求することができますので、出資額払戻請求の手続きを行ってください。<br>なお、出資額払戻請求権は、自由脱退したものとみなされたときから２年間行使しないと、時効により請求することができなくなります。</li>

<p class="has-background" style="background-color:#e6f3f9">百日咳菌によって引き起こされる、特に春から初夏にかけて流行する急性の呼吸器感染症です。<br>主に飛沫感染によって広がり、その感染力は<span data-color="#ffc2d1" style="background: linear-gradient(transparent 60%,rgba(255, 194, 209, 0.7) 0);" class="vk_highlighter">インフルエンザの10倍とも言われます。</span><br>名前の通り、咳が長引く事が最大の特徴ですが、成人はただの風邪と思い込み放置されることも多く、知らないうちにこどもへの感染源となっている場合が少なくありません。</p>

<p class="has-background" style="background-color:#fcb9002e">乳幼児が感染すると重症化リスクが高く、命に関わる怖い病気でもあります。現在は小学生の間で感染が流行していますが、これは生後２ヶ月から、４回にわたって百日咳ワクチンを含んだ混合ワクチンの定期接種による免疫効果が、４年～１２年とされており、だいたい小学校に入る頃には薄れてしまう為と考えられています。</p>

<p>既に効果的な百日咳ワクチンがありますので、お子様だけでなく、お子様と同居するおとなもワクチンを接種する事が一番です。<br>他には、手洗い、うがい、マスクの着用、接触する物の消毒や部屋の換気・加湿等、コロナに対する予防と同じです！<br>※コロナ禍の時期は「百日咳」への感染はかなり抑えられていました。</p>
